A good cocktail party is one that people will be talking about for weeks and you want to
make sure yours falls into that category. A little worried on what supplies you need to make the
party go off? Make sure you have enough of the following on hand and you won't have a problem. Otherwise,
get ready to make a run to the store...
Drinks: Plan on three per person for a three-hour party. Increase if your bash will be late and lively.
Wine: One bottle pours 5 glasses.
Liquor: One 750ml bottle makes 12 to 15 drinks.
Napkins: Stock enough for number of guests times three.
Ice: Fifteen pounds for every 10 people. Less if you aren't serving a full bar.
Hors D'Oeuvres: If serving four different types, assume three of each per person.
