 | | Ingredients: | | · | 1 whole clove | | · | 1 tsp brown sugar | | · | 1 tsp butter | | · | 2 oz. dark rum | | · | 4 oz. boiling water
| | Glassware: | | Irish Coffee Glass | | Garnish: | | Nutmeg |
| | Pour the water and the brown sugar into an Irish Coffee glass.
Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the rum and the clove and stir.
